I figured it out. When I reattached the faucet to the tower the line inside the tower twisted
and that kink caused a tiny leak (hence the hissing) and caused the foaming. I straightened it

Huh, interesting. Where can one buy longer keg lines? Would Home Depot have something like that
or does it need to be some sort of special, food grade tubing?
