I'm going to try this soon. I asked this earlier but didn't get a response. For the first
attempt at using this method, would you go with a recipe you know well (obviously doing PM

I did the Vinnie recipe printed in Zymurgy. I did a 5 gallon batch but not the 8 gallon boil

I figured it out. When I reattached the faucet to the tower the line inside the tower twisted
and that kink caused a tiny leak (hence the hissing) and caused the foaming. I straightened it

I would replace the beer lines with 10 foot runs. I bet you'd see a huge difference in the

Huh, interesting. Where can one buy longer keg lines? Would Home Depot have something like that

Had to Google "otter pop" - most folks call them "freeze pops" here.They couldn't hurt, but
stuffing a tower column with the frozen pops seems rather dramatic for something that shouldn't
be that big ...
