You seem to have three vessels, do not have the boil kettle and mash tun stacked and use a
different filtering system. Plus other things I'm sure.No, Brutus 20 *is* a two vessel system

Hey HBT. Long time, no visit.I just happened to notice Blichmann got a patent on RIMS,
specifically, a two-vessel RIMS system. Dunno where I'd find the time, but I'm sorely tempted
to invalidate it.

30 quart is just about perfect, and the geometry of turkey fryer pots is ideal for electric
brewing - less heat loss.

2KW will get 5-6 gal to a good rolling boil, especially if the pot is insulated.
