30 quart is just about perfect, and the geometry of turkey fryer pots is ideal for electric
brewing - less heat loss.

2KW will get 5-6 gal to a good rolling boil, especially if the pot is insulated.

The only problem I have with that drawing. I would put the on/off switch for the heating
element on the low voltage side of the SSR or control it with a contactor. I'm sure you don't
want to be grabbi...

Still finishing up the code. It's a simple web page so any device with a web browser will do.
