  • I got into homebrewing by accident, actually. In Fact, I had hardly ever tried beer prior to homebrewing. Since most of my beer exposure was bmc, i though it all sucked and never understood why people could drink it. I handled a service call to fix a gas burner on a brew kettle in one of Philly's top micro brew pubs, an interest was sparked, and here i am.
  • Everything! I am in the process of putting together a gas fired 1/2 bbl home be installed in my 1k sq. ft. carriage house.

  • Nada. I'm not using fruit right now, and there is no reason to 2ndary when a 2 to 3 week primary will do the job!
