    100% sorghum malt sour. Soured with a lacto starter from probiotic pills, then fermented with a
    blend of belle saison, brett trois/brux. Just bottled it yesterday and primed with apricot
    nectar.

    I made the 265F and 300F versions and they fermented just fine. I will buy a D90 and do a side

    I have made three Dark Strongs with 10 to 25% sugar cooked to 285. I tried two different yeasts
