    You can pretty much do the math yourself. Everything can be scaled by 1/5. But there are a few
    recipe websites that will automatically scale.

    No reason why a used one would be problematic. But if you're looking for a PET carboy there are
    a ton of other options available besides Better Bottle.

    The one drawback is that you already cleared the beer. Now you are adding back hops. You are
    going to have floaters in your beer. But yes you can dry hop at room temp.
