    What ever Flavor you like it can't make that big of a difference in a Imperial Stout. It will
    be good no matter what you use.

    Brewing the New Ipa today moved the 35min to .5oz of citra and did simco 1oz at 15 1oz Amarillo
    at 10 1oz Amarillo at 5 1oz Centennial at 0. Keep dry hop the same. I will let you know how it
