Does anybody use saniclean with a copper counterflow chiller? The tech sheet recommends not to

Most likely your deposits are some form of stone or mineral deposits. Unlike the product
mentioned here, which has ZERO chelators, PBW has multiple chelators chosen specifically for
beer mineral soils...

Wow, u mates covered a lot of groud. Yes, Star San is an acid so acts with acidity. Full
strength it is corrosive (first word under 'cautions' on label is CORROSIVE!) so kitchen
counters are fair game...
