Well if you are looking to be as optimal as possible then the size of the yeast starter depends
on a lot:1) Original Gravity2) Total Volume of wort you plan to collect after the boil3)

I did a cider with Conan, I didn't notice too much flavor from the yeast, mostly just a clean
and dry cider for me. I think Conan really plays well with hops and beer, but like I said I
didn't get any...

I have never gotten anything Belgian from Conan in over a year of using the strain, its always
come across as a non flocculent English strain to me.There are tons of great Belgian strains
out there to...
