Picked up a pack of this for $3 at our local hbs. Going to brew up a smallish beer with hull
mellon hops. Hopefully it'll be a good pair.

Picked up the ingredients for a black version of two hearted. Using 2 oz centennial pellets for
bittering and 4 oz of fresh picked centennials from the garden. Should be fun and tasty!

Quick pic before cold crash and keg. Hit fg of 1.006, smells and tastes great. Not thin or
watery at all. I think the mix of base malts made all of the difference. Can't wait till she's
all carbed up....
