Is it also possible that 3 weeks was too long to let ferment? I never took any gravity
readings. I just pretty much always let my brews go three weeks. Maybe that's why I lost all my

I dont have any info on the yeast. I went to this little brewing place near me but they were
closed that day. There happend to be a guy still there and i said i just needed some wine yeast

I have mentioned to many people to add a T on the inside as well, and put the hose in a big
circle. You reduce the change of it getting stuck, have two sides.

Friendly tip, to keep the bottom of plastic containers from melting put a cloth or dish rag in
the bottom of the pot. That will keep the bottom of the honey off of the bottom of the surface
