  • Oatmeal Creame Ale - just laid it down first batch in 2 years hope it isnt going to go bacterial.. so worried about it even though i was hard core about cleaning everything. I quit brewing because of a massive bacterial infection to my brew back then so im paranoid about it. every little bad smell makes me nervous. and it hasnt kicked into full gear of fermentation and its been 2 days.

on deck double chocolate oatmeal stout.
