H2S isn't given off in any real meaningful amounts.Wich means that if it stinks like crasy it's

After reading like crasy on the forums, Wikipidia the web and youtube about H2S well we see
that it's a gas that is given off at the early stages of fermentation when fermented at low

It's not abnormal for yeast to produce H2S. Most strains will produce it at lower temps (64 is
somewhat low - but fine if you were looking to limit esters). So it's not necessarily a sign of
infection...
