Leave it be. Off-flavors from overpitching are almost unheard of. At worst, you'll get slightly
less ester formation from your higher pitching rate. I wouldn't even worry about it tasting

I'm probably pointing out the obvious here, but while flushing a carboy is a good idea,
pressurizing it is not. Carboys are not pressure vessels and will shatter if too much pressure
builds up inside....
