carapils, flaked barley, oats, and wheat will all add creaminess as well. Nitrogen will also
help if you keg and want to invest.

put a shirt over it or paper bag. Beer will become skunky leaving it in sunlight.

My opinion is anyone that follows beer long enough will grow to love hops. I remember when I
did not like IPAs and now they are battling their way into my favorite style.

Jeff's suggestion is pretty good, but I think his recipe will result in a slightly higher ABV
and slightly lower IBU than the brew you are trying to clone. I would try this: Method:
