    You would have to work out the math yourself but I know that Firestone uses a neutral water and
    adds gypsum and CaCl to reach 100ppm for it's hoppy beers.

    Thanks everyone for the input and options! I actually placed an order with txbrewing.com this
    week. They had the specialty grains I needed and they have Pilsner malt on sale for $0.89 a lb!
