    I would recommend gaping the mill with some washers to get a proper crush. I forget what the
    recommended gap is but you want to be careful to not shred your husks to much.

    I like cold crashing and leaving it cold for kegging or bottling. The yeast cake seems to stay
    more compact when its cold and is less likely to get sucked into your keg or bottling bucket.

    Yea, when putting the Burton numbers in most calculators, they show it to be too high and would
    cause over bittering. But my previous numbers from Beersmith were way high.
