  • Interest began a while after trying some Calvados and researching how to make it. That was about a year ago, and its all escalated from then. I've made a fair few batches of beer, and one batch of cider. I'm now starting to get into distilling and am in the process of doing my first batch and already have a second one on the way - slivovitz using plums from the backyard.

Primary: Empty - awaiting a second go at Cheesefood's VCCA Secondary #1:My wash for distilling, yum yum. Secondary #2: Empty Bottled:my Belgian-like Wit, Mac's Lager (nz kit), James Squire Amber Ale clone, Cheesefood's Vanilla Caramel Cream Ale, Munton's wheat and possibly some of my cider hidden somewhere - it seems to pop up somtimes, lol I guess I should have labelled them.
