I checked the mead today, one month after I made it: 0.995 13.8% by volume, and you can

just finished up bottling, I used 2/3 cup dark brown sugar and am very excited to see how it
turns out. the hydro sample tasted AMAZING. :ban: I'll let you know how the carb worked out in
