  • I'm a pretty simple guy who loves craft beer. My favorites are Stouts, Imperial Stouts, and Porters but I also like Amber Ales and Nut Browns quite a bit. I won't turn my nose up at anything PBR or above. Lower than that and the beer snob in me comes out.

    It's down to 1.018. There's a lot of yeast still in suspension and it tastes like grapefruit
    juice. I can't tell if it's the yeast or all the Apollo late hops.
