    They are plastic screw tops. I will put em in a bucket with the lid on. If they blow then....

    I primed and then racked it. I read in the directions to gently stir for 1 minute. I should be

    Dissolved priming sugar in 2 cups boiling water. Dumped in bottle bucket. Racked beer on it but
    never stirred. Bottled beer as normal. I'm thinking everything probably mixed just fine. Anyone

    Poured 3 glasses of beer at the same time. An Oktoberfest ale and a Scottish ale both of which
    I brewed using brewers best kits. I also poured a sam Adams winter lager. All 3 were very good.
    Nice head...
