I have the same burner and I bought a circle grill grate from lowest and put it on top of the
burner and my giggle fits fine.

You just need one regulator and co2 tank then you use a spliter for the gas line if you have
two kegs then you need a three way splitter. as for the dispensing thats all preference.

If you use co2 it will carbonate the wine but nitrogen will push the wine through your system
without carbonating it.
