That is tragic.Kegs are pressure vessels and as such are usually rated to withstand 5X max safe
pressure before rupturing. Hence I doubt it was due to excess pressure. Typical air systems run

If this beer is in fact high in co2 then you are experiencing something similar to cavitation
in pumps. Gas is escaping/forced out of solution. slowing down flow should help here. Using a

I use waterproof laser printer labels from onlinelabels.com with a color laser printer. None of
the "ink jet" labels will hold ink, despite being "waterproof". Just the label survives.

Just make sure you're setting the temp using a separate thermometer. The thermometers in
