It doesn't look infected at all. Saison yeast does have a barnyard funky smell which is quite
desirable. When the SG stops dropping - probably less than 1.005 - keg/bottle and enjoyThanks

Took a sample yesterday, it tastes great! Might be the best I've brewed yet! Finished dryer at

At what temperature did your ferment? SHouldnt be an alcohol odor, though if your not
accustomed to british style yeast, they can be pretty estery during fermentation. Good news is,

So I kegged my last two batches for the first time, and I was using a 4-way manifold to
distribute it to the kegs off my 20#tank. I dd not know it at the time, but my ipa was drained
to about 2 beers ...
