I've not brewed with smoked malt, but from what I've read, it ages out. So, you may not have
something drinkable after the normal couple of weeks, but if you let it sit for a while, it
should turn out...

Odds are you didn't clean it well enough. I've found mold in the bottom of bottles before after
pouring out the contents. I avoid the mold, but never had any problems from the drinking the
beer on top...

Use priming sugar, but it's useful to keep a pack of priming tabs on hand for when you forget
to add the priming sugar before bottling... not that I'd know anything about that :)

Give it a try. Troeg's uses it as a dry hop in their nugget nectar and it's a great beer.

Randy-I have to go with the others here that I like having the recipes sorted by BJCP
categories. Looking at your site, it's not immediately apparent where you'd find, for instance,
brown ale recipes....
