  • BIAB AG Basic stout with cocoa nibs/coffee beans.

    BIAB AG 11/11/11 Old Ale w/ Brettanomyces.
  • Belgian Pale Ale, split batch. 1 gallon in cold crashing.

    AHS Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout clone.
  • Belgian Pale Ale, split batch. 4 gallons are sitting with Brett Brux for 4 months in secondary.

    This is what I have, and I'm very happy with it. done everything for 2.5 gallon to 10 gallon
    batches on it with no issue.
