Picobrew has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with, by far. I was about
to brew and I wanted to update the firmware of my Zymatic but their flash utility only
    supported Windows...

Funny you mention this because you just revived this thread, and tonight I had a Funky Buddha
More Moro which I dumped cause it had the same awful taste as my stupid homebrewed IPAs. No hop
    aroma what...

supremely frustrating. I've tried just about everything to nail down the source but no luck.

My picobrew is arriving soon. I've had a eHERMS system for about five years and then gave up on
it. As much as I loved to use it, it had significant limitations. First, it needed a 220V plug
    to hookup...

Apparently a relay inside the machine broke so it was resetting itself mid-brew. They were able
to diagnose the issue remotely. They sent me shipping material and a label to send it back, and
    sent me ...

Just want to say that Picobrew has amazing customer service. They respond to support tickets in
minutes, replaced my machine no questions asked when I had issues with it, paid for shipping
    both ways, ...
