  • I Picked up a copy of BYO from the magazine stand and my Wife got me a basic brewing Kit been doing it ever since. I moved to Vegas about 2 years ago ad we had been in a 1 bedroom apt so space was limited i was doing partial boils and partial mash. We recently moved into a 3 bedroom and she let me have my own room si im now doing full boils and just bought some coolers so hopefully be all grain by spring.
  • Doing another red ale this weekeknd 1/3/09, We'll be doing our first mead in January also. Just made a resipe for a light ale and found the watermelon Wheat in the database might give that a go for spring.

    I use both actually. I have mostly glass but they have gotten expenive. DOes anyone know which
