I think you planned to do it...what better excuse than to brew another batch! This time, double
the hops and blend it with the first batch. Double the beer, double the fun! :)

Why do all-grain if you aren't concerned about the specifics of your brew? You may save a
little cost over extracts, but you'll certainly have inconsistent and unpredictable results
without some kind ...
