  • Hello all,
    My name is Jason. I have been brewing all together for about 12 years. I took 2008 and 2010 off from brewing, but I am dusting off the ol equipment and starting back up. Last Tuesday I brewed a SP graiins, extract nut brown ale just to get back into brewing pretty easy. Before I took a break I was all grain and kegging, but just taking it pretty easy now. I am going to secondary my beer today. Now I need to think of what to brew next. Maybe a stout or a Scottish ale.
