    The temperature sensor was inside the lid, vertically even with the wood collar that I built
    but not in direct contact with the sides of the keezer.

    Go stainless from the start. Buy as big as you can afford. I am not a fan of partial boils.

    Keep it in a dark closet for up to 3 additional weeks and try it again. Patience is the key to
