  • Some friends and I were talking over a couple beers, as is the usual, and we decided it would be awesome if we started making our own. Thus "Teetotaler Brewing Co." was founded. We decided on this name because we love the irony, as a teetotaler is someone who forgoes the consumption of alcohol. The names of the beers we make are thus named after people we have encountered who are teetotalers.

    I would do 2 oz dry hopped in the secondary. Leave it there for about a week, then filter them
    out when you keg.I did an IPA a little while back and dry hoppped 3 oz. Came out great! Go big
