  • First delved into stovetop brewing in early 2010 with a simple Porter. Then got hooked on all-grain in summer of 2011 and have been gluggin' along since. Bought a used refrigerator and a Johnson thermostat in early 2012 for temp. controlled ferms and converted it into a kegerator in Sept. 2012. Looking forward to building my next ferm. chamber

    Now I really want to try a Wild Beer. Almost every one of those sounds very interesting. Though
    I don't think our 6 month old starter will compare even slightly with a 58 year old starter.
