    See how it turns out. If you don't like it, maybe let it age for six months. I find six month
    aging could probably turn the water used to boil cabbage, into a fine and complex cognac.

    I have had problems with mash temps living in the state below you. My solution was to cover the
    cooler in an electric blanket. When I mash in at 152, I'm usually still at 152 an hour later.
