"It should". Brett is pretty aggressive yeast, but it's hard to say without knowing your
recipe, volumes, etc. You're definitely within range for the Abbey yeast but I find that most
    belgian yeasts ben...

If your choices are lacto or pedio, go lacto. Pedio is a little more alcohol tolerant but is
notorious for diacetyl production and you won't have any brett to clean it up.In my experience
    just droppin...

If you're adding lacto only it may, but could take a very long time. Lacto is pretty alcohol

I'm not a vegan, but I won't use gelatin. Many others do, so it's definitely an option if you
want to try it.You can also use Agar if using gelatin is an issue. Works just as well.

I've never had the gelatin solidify at low temps. I usually add gelatin after a few days in keg
force carbing to cool the beer down so it can fine out the haze-forming proteins. First couple
    pours are...

  • Posted in thread: Is it worth it to buy bulk grains? on 04-23-2014 at 09:31 PM
I buy base like 2 row and pils in bulk. You may want to check with your local shop to see if
they have a grain card program. You basically pay bulk price up front, then they deduct it off
    your card ea...
