    Did you taste any on bottling day? What kind of chemical aftertaste? Time heals a lot of
    things, be patient and wait another week (or 2) before trying another one.

    3 weeks at 70, then a couple days in the fridge. Pour into glass and enjoy! But for the mean

    I use my 32 bottle wine fridge as a fermentation/aging chamber. I do 3 gallon batches
    exclusively, so the lil carboy fits perfect.

    No issue at all. It's supposedly over 170 degrees when the tannins will be extracted from the
    grain. 153 to 156 you probably won't tell a difference.
