    ABOUT ME

  • I've been brewing for about 16 years. Recently, I switched to all-grain, although I still make a few extract-with-grain recipes. I host an annual "Oktoberfest" at my home each year. In 2008 this event sported 12 kegged homebrews, four varieties of wine, and a keg of home-made (non-alcholoic) rootbeer.
  • Cream Ale
    "Wife's Delight" Copper Ale
  • Firkenbock
  • Chocolate Jitters
    Lime Ale
    Scotch Ale
  • Goofy Juice Belgian Ale
    Chocolate Stout
    Raspberry Ale
  • Male
  • Married
