if it's an ipa or pale i usually just throw the extra in at flame out or dry hop.

i believe the maderfermentationist dooder does this with a sach brett and lacto strain all
blended together. from what i remember after a certain number of batches he has to start over
with new yeast ...

they get plenty of sun, save the columbus, gonna cut some trees down for next year to increase
that aspect. and haven't been fertilizing at all...been meaning to but haven't had time and
have no idea ...

how many years till my plants should be getting sidearms? do some varieties not grow that way?

So I brewed a dark saison with the yeast bay's saison blend awhile ago and just got to bottle
it and tasted some buttery like flavors in the aftertaste/back end. Now i've never tasted

My water is 8.0ph, county water run through a carbon filter, I typically use 1lb of acid malt
which brings my mash PH down to 5.3. I've used more in my Wits for a tarter flavor. I'm a huge
