  • brewing off and on for 15 years. more off than on. I did my first "batch" of "cider" when I was around 20. It was terrible, but my friends drank it all. In the 15 years since, I've brewed intensely for a year, taken 5 years off, 2 years on, etc, etc. rnCurrently, I've mainly done extract brews but have just made the switch to fulltime all grain. I still have all the all grain equipment that I put together. I keg. I bottle. I occasionally make wine and things like vyshnyak. I've recently bought a house with a basement- the first I've had since starting brewing and think this might kick it in gear for me.
