im assuming you sre using gas to boil still correct? also does this kit hook up to 110v or

So what I would do is set the pid to like 75% for the boil or whatever it ends up being and the
pid with run the element at 75% of its total output? Correct?

So I have decided I want to do this build... its is one of PJs designs. Only quiestion I have
now is if the PID does not recieve the temp from the BK how does it activate the element? does
