I just carb at room temp with my 20lb tank. Use the 5lb tank in the kegerator to just push the
beer out. I don't see a need to carb at a lower temp...

Sure, no doubt about the possibility that it IS oxidized. My post was meant to clarify that
scraped "oxides" from the chiller being introduced to the wort/beer is not the same as the
chemical process ...
