I dry hop for three days at room temp and try to swirl the beer a few times a day to re-suspend

funny, I almost started a thread on this a coupla weeks ago. making a ris that I plan to age
for up to ten+ years. the recipe says dry hop, but is this just a waste of time/money?

yep. you only need a few grains for each bottle, others will chime in with more specific
instructions or you can just search here for it.

or you could take 3 min to pop off the caps, sprinkle in a few dry yeast crumbs and recap.

btw its been mentioned but i agree this recipe could be tweaked to make it a few srm darker.
any ideas to get this without affecting the flavor?
