- Started brewing last fall. I brewed a couple batches using a starter kit from a local home brew supply shop and decided to switch to all-grain. I brewed 2 batches with a makeshift all grain setup and was thrilled with the results. I have since gone back to extract while I engineer myself a true all-grain sculpture. Needless to say, that is taking up the majority of my would-be brewing time.
