How much did you dry hop with? The article quoted a study that found by using hop
stand/whirlpool techniques you can get away with using less hops. This seems like a great/cheap
way to get more aroma ...

The hydrometer doesn't lie. You must not have had a air-tight seal on the primary fermenter.
That's why you didn't see any action. Depending on temp the yeast could mow through the sugar
pretty fast. ...

Dough in at acid rest temp with a low grist to grain ratio then check ph. If could contiue on
to sac rest. If not contiue to wait until the ph gets where you need it.

I was wanting rig up a tri clamp blowoff for my new Blichmann Fermenator, but I can't seem to
find the bulkhead assembly anywhere. Has anyone seen these pieces anywhere?
