For those of you who age in a glass carboy do use an airlock throughout the aging process? If

Tasted this mead recently.. WAYYYY too much Lavender in there.. It was too overpowering for me.
Very light on the lavender and semi sweet would be the way they should have gone. After
drinking a glass...
