Okay. I have some WLP099 on the way. I'll do a double sized starter, aerate the hell out of it

Out of curiosity, why soda bottles? I wouldn't trust the plastic for carbonation. Glass can
break from overpressurization from 12oz. 2 liters behind plastic puts the odds of bottle bombs
MUCH higher w...
