  • I love smokin meats, playin banjo, feeding my st bernard, and makin beer. Ooh yes, and drinking it

  • Brewing with 3 tier system. 10 gallon home depot cooler with built in lid sparge arm and sight glass, and the usual HLT and kettle. Immersion chiller, deep freezer with temp control. Past setups include a pot, a stove, a hot ass kitchen and long nights. Past brews include countless different ipa's, pumpkin ales, spiced porter, honey kolsch, apple ale, scotch ale, belgian christmas ale, peach wine, blackberry merlot. Im sure im missing something...oop....tacos are ready!
