  • I have been brewing for 3-4 years. I have been going through Northern Brewer to get my stuff. I have been doing kits.
  • Brother in law got me started.Started in the house,now in the garage. Using a turkek frier set up. Not sure of the aluminum pot? I do kits. I have done Amer, Wheat ,Kolsh, Dry Irish Stout and Irish Red. Amer. Wheat added honey, GOOD.

    My refridg is around 54-55. It seems I taste the beer. I have not got into my lager yet, but

    I usually like somewhere between 97 and 98.6 degrees. I find when I'm running too much of a
    fever, alcohol doesn't really help me much.Just as long it is above ground:mug:

    I have been using a three ring binder. I log how much water , grav, temps,from 1 ferm to 2 ferm
    with dates.
