I made this recipe about a year ago. The only change I made was to use 6lbs of Wheat LME
instead of Wheat DME. It was my first partial mash brew, and definitely one of the best brews

Wow BierMuncher, that looks great. I'm definitely brewing that. Since I'm doing 5 gallon
batches, I cut all the ingredients in half. To convert to PM, I subbed out 4 lbs of the 2 row
for 3 lbs of LME....
