  • Started with kits and jumped into all-grain about '06. I love it. Since then my brewery has expanded and my equipment is upgraded whenever possible.

    I would suggest cleaning and sanitizing right before you bottle instead of trying to "prep".

Nice, looks like Santa was good to you. Yeah, let me know when you're up for it. I just did an American Pale Ale this morning.
