it makes great barley wine. Not sure how you can make american style anything with english
ingredients, but it will make a good barley wine.Maybe he's using American water and equipment?

This kit from NB is quite good. Very smooth for a high gravity beer, lives up to the velvet

6.5 I think it isI've always used a 7.9 gallon fermenter and never had problem with wild

I just kegged this Friday and am anxious to tap into it this afternoon. I followed the
directions with wyeast. 1 week in the primary and one week in the secondary dry hopping. SG

Well, this kit uses 3 oz. of Saaz hops, 2 oz at 60 min and 1 at 5 min.. So adding more quantity
at those times would seem logical to me.
